Banana Recipe Banana Pancakes with Vanilla Ingredients - Serves: 6 • 1 cup (130g) plain flour
• 1 teaspoon (20g) white or brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup (250ml) A2 milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 tablespoons (40ml) extra virgin coconut oil
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• Maple syrup (optional) Directions • Preparation: 5min › Cook: 10min › Ready in: 15min
• Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and Sea Salt.
• In a separate bowl, mix together egg, A2 milk, vanilla, extra virgin coconut oil and bananas.
• Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
• Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
• Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
• Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides.
