Banana Recipe Creamy Banana Ice Cream Ingredients • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 carton (300ml) double cream
• 3 teaspoons drinking chocolate powder
• 1/2 cup whipped cream, for serving (optional)
• Fresh mint leaves, to garnish (optional) Directions Preparation: 20min › Extra time: 6hours freezing › Ready in: 6hours 20min • Mix the mashed banana with double cream in a plastic bowl and place it in the freezer for one hour.
• Then take it out again and add drinking chocolate.
• Mix well then put it back in the freezer for an hour.
• Continue to mix the ice cream every half an hour for the next 4 hours until frozen.
