Banana Recipe Killer No Bake Cheesecake Ingredients - (serves 10) • 400g condensed milk (1 tin)
• 150 - 200 grams pure butter (salt is OK)
• 2 x 250g philadelphia cream cheese softened
• 300mls thickened cream
• 1 packet scotch finger biscuits
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 2 fully ripe bananas Method Preparation: 10 - 15min › Sets in: 6 - 10 hours • Warm the butter in a clean pan until melted.
• Crush the scotch finger biscuits into crumbs into a bowl.
• When the butter is melted, add the crumbed scotch finger biscuit crumbs to the pan and soak up the butter.
• Pour the scotch finger biscuit crumbs into a cake dish.
• Press down so that the biscuit base is compacted.
• Using a hand blender, blend together the condensed milk, cream cheese, bananas and cream.
• *** Slowly add in lemon.
• *** Taste test as you go to get the right strength for you personally.
• *** If you add all of the lemon, it will taste very tart.
• Pour mixture on top of biscuits.
• Place in fridge to set overnight. Option 1: you can use 300 mls of whipped cream if you choose.
