Banana Recipe Banana Choc-Chip Muffins Ingredients - Serves: 12 • 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour
• 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
• 1 cup (190g) dark chocolate chips
• 100g butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) A2 milk
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 over-ripe bananas, mashed
• Icing sugar, to dust (optional) Directions Preparation: 10min › Cook: 15min › Ready in: 25min • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
• Grease a 12-hole standard muffin pan.
• Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
• In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients then add to the dry ingredients.
• Mix until just combined.
• Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pan holes.
• Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
• Stand muffins in pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
